We’ve called our restaurant Dolom’eats, a play on words that is designed to attract those visitors of Cortina, for whom traditional dining is an important part of their holiday in the Dolomites.
While our menu is carefully curated to showcase local fare, it also includes some of the great Italian classics. Our offering is designed to appeal to all palates, while still delivering the elegance and quality Cortina is famous for. We therefore take the utmost care when preparing our dishes and use only the finest ingredients.
Our location is one of the highlights of our menu! We are located at the north end of the main pedestrian area of Cortina, where Piazza Fratelli Ghedina becomes Corso Italia. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Aquila, opposite the beautiful ‘Ciasa de i Pupe’, whose walls are covered with frescoes.
